Delivery Costs
- Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your order. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout once the delivery address is entered.
Delivery Times
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Local Deliveries (within South Africa): 2-5 business days.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times will vary based on the destination country and customs processes. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your delivery in real-time through Courier Guy’s tracking system.
Delivery Address
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Ingilosi Art cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
